It is a delicious, spicy wine with hints of black cherry, oak, wild raspberry, strawberry and herbs. An ideal wine with red meat, pasta or fish. The wishbone tradition grants a lucky wish to the person obtaining the greatest portion of the bone when pulled apart by two people.
