The 2015 vintage for Sauvignon Blanc was a big harvest so measures had to be taken to reduce yield thus ensuring high quality. A very early harvest, the second earliest in Cloudy Bays 30 year history was followed by rain. A very concentrated wine, with a nose of Kaffir lime and grapefruit. The palate is generous with ripe citrus and white stone fruit, balanced by crunchy acidity. A clear mineral finish with richness and poise.
