Certified Origin East Cape - not blended with other honeys. Tested by New Zealand Laboratory Services Ltd, a NZ Government accredited facility. Testing of this year's crop rated this honey at an Unique Manuka Factor (UMF) of 20+. Actual activity on U.S. samples determined to be 22.2. This is a rare honey, produced in small amounts for which there is intense global competition. Therefore, we may be out of stock occasionally.
