## Ingredients

- 2 pcs [Eggs](https://fridge.menu/en/i/eggs)
- 100 g [Sugar](https://fridge.menu/en/i/sugar)
- 80 g [Sunflower Oil](https://fridge.menu/en/i/sunflower-oil)
- 380 g [Plain Flour](https://fridge.menu/en/i/flour)
- 0.5 tsp [Yeast](https://fridge.menu/en/i/yeast)
- 1 pcs [Egg](https://fridge.menu/en/i/eggs)
- 2 tbsp [Sugar](https://fridge.menu/en/i/sugar)
- 2 tbsp [Plain Flour](https://fridge.menu/en/i/flour)
- 250 ml [Milk](https://fridge.menu/en/i/milk)
- 1 pcs [Lemon Zest](https://fridge.menu/en/i/lemon-zest)
- 2 pcs [Apple](https://fridge.menu/en/i/apple)
- pinch [Icing Sugar](https://fridge.menu/en/i/powdered-sugar) — for dusting

## Steps

1. Mix the egg with the sugar and sifted flour until smooth, gradually pouring in the hot milk while stirring constantly.
2. Add the grated lemon zest and cook the custard over low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens to the right consistency.
3. Transfer the custard to a bowl, cover with cling film pressed directly onto the surface and leave to cool.
4. Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and smooth, then add the sunflower oil, yeast and sifted flour.
5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and quickly knead by hand until soft, springy and elastic.
6. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a 1 cm thick sheet and cut out circles 8 cm in diameter.
7. Grease the muffin tins with oil and dust with flour, line with the dough circles to form the base, then fill with the cooled custard.
8. Halve the apples, remove the cores and cut into thin slices with a vegetable peeler, then roll them up into a rose shape.
9. Bake the tartlets in an oven preheated to 180°C. (20 min)
10. Leave the tartlets to cool and dust with icing sugar before serving.
