## Ingredients

- 1.2 kg [Salt cod](https://fridge.menu/en/i/cod)
- 400 g [Potato](https://fridge.menu/en/i/potato)
- 300 g [Tomato](https://fridge.menu/en/i/tomato)
- 200 g [Onion](https://fridge.menu/en/i/onion)
- 250 ml [White wine](https://fridge.menu/en/i/white-wine)
- 1 clove [Garlic](https://fridge.menu/en/i/garlic)
- 1 bunch [Parsley](https://fridge.menu/en/i/parsley)
- 1 pinch [Chilli powder](https://fridge.menu/en/i/chili-powder) — to taste
- 1 tbsp [Olive oil](https://fridge.menu/en/i/olive-oil) — to taste
- 1 pinch [Salt](https://fridge.menu/en/i/salt) — to taste

## Steps

1. Cut the salt cod into small cubes and set aside.
2. Peel the onion and finely chop it with a knife.
3. Pour olive oil into a pan, add the onion and fry over high heat. (5 min)
4. Pour in the white wine, let it evaporate, then add the diced tomatoes.
5. Flavour the sauce with the garlic clove, chilli powder and parsley.
6. Cook the sauce, stirring occasionally; remove from heat and take out the garlic clove. (5 min)
7. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin rounds.
8. Fry the potatoes in a pan with olive oil. (5 min)
9. Toss the potatoes in the tomato sauce and arrange in a baking dish.
10. Add the cubed salt cod and bake at 200°C. (20 min)
11. Serve the baked salt cod hot with fresh bread.
