- 1 tsp [Cumin](https://fridge.menu/en/i/cumin)
- 1 tsp [Paprika](https://fridge.menu/en/i/paprika)
- 1 tsp [Smoked paprika](https://fridge.menu/en/i/smoked-paprika)
- 1 tsp [Chilli flakes](https://fridge.menu/en/i/chili-flakes)
- 1 tsp [Ground coriander](https://fridge.menu/en/i/ground-coriander)
- 1 pinch [Cloves](https://fridge.menu/en/i/cloves)
- 2 tbsp [Tomato purée](https://fridge.menu/en/i/tomato-paste)
- 50 ml [Water](https://fridge.menu/en/i/water)
- 2 tbsp [Mint](https://fridge.menu/en/i/mint) — finely chopped
- 1 tbsp [Olive oil](https://fridge.menu/en/i/olive-oil) — for frying
- [Salt](https://fridge.menu/en/i/salt) — to taste
- [Black pepper](https://fridge.menu/en/i/black-pepper) — to taste, freshly ground
- 8 pcs Tortilla wraps
- 125 g [Mixed salad leaves](https://fridge.menu/en/i/greens)
- 150 g [Mature cheddar](https://fridge.menu/en/i/cheddar) — freshly grated
- 150 g [Tomato](https://fridge.menu/en/i/tomato) — finely chopped
- 1 pcs [Avocado](https://fridge.menu/en/i/avocado) — sliced
- 1 pcs [Red onion](https://fridge.menu/en/i/red-onion) — sliced into rings
- 0.5 pcs [Cucumber](https://fridge.menu/en/i/cucumber) — diced

## Steps

1. Heat a frying pan with the olive oil and toast the spices.
2. Add the beef mince and fry until browned.
3. Add the tomato purée and water and let it reduce slightly.
4. Stir in the fresh mint and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
5. Mix in the sweetcorn and serve in the tortilla wraps with the toppings.
