# Dark and White Chocolate Panna Cotta

## Ingredients

### For the dark chocolate panna cotta

- 2 pcs [Gelatine](https://fridge.menu/en/i/gelatin) — sheets
- 400 ml [Whipping cream](https://fridge.menu/en/i/whipping-cream)
- 100 ml [Milk](https://fridge.menu/en/i/milk)
- 40 g [Sugar](https://fridge.menu/en/i/sugar)
- 70 g [Dark chocolate](https://fridge.menu/en/i/dark-chocolate) — finely chopped

### For the white chocolate panna cotta

- 1 pcs [Gelatine](https://fridge.menu/en/i/gelatin) — sheet
- 0.5 pcs [Vanilla pod](https://fridge.menu/en/i/vanilla-pod)
- 200 ml [Whipping cream](https://fridge.menu/en/i/whipping-cream)
- 50 ml [Milk](https://fridge.menu/en/i/milk)
- 50 g [White chocolate](https://fridge.menu/en/i/white-chocolate) — finely chopped

## Steps

1. Soak the gelatine in cold water for 10 minutes.
2. Heat the cream, milk and sugar until almost boiling, but do not let it boil.
3. Remove the pan from the heat.
4. Squeeze the water out of the gelatine and stir it into the hot mixture.
5. Stir well until the gelatine has fully dissolved.
6. Pour the hot cream mixture over the finely chopped dark chocolate and stir until the chocolate has fully melted.
7. If you want a panna cotta with a slanted edge, place the glasses on a tray, wrap tightly in a towel and secure the glasses at an angle.
8. Carefully pour the dark chocolate cream into the glasses and chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
9. Soak the gelatine in cold water for 10 minutes.
10. Scrape the seeds from the vanilla pod, add them to a pan with the cream and milk and heat until almost boiling.
11. Remove the pan from the heat.
12. Squeeze the water out of the gelatine and stir it into the hot vanilla cream.
13. Stir well until the gelatine has fully dissolved.
14. Pour the cream mixture over the finely chopped white chocolate and stir until the chocolate has fully melted.
15. Let the cream cool to room temperature, then stir.
16. Carefully pour the cream into the glasses on top of the dark chocolate panna cotta and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
