- [Black Pepper](https://fridge.menu/en/i/black-pepper) — freshly ground
- 30 g [Butter](https://fridge.menu/en/i/butter)
- 2 tbsp [Plain Flour](https://fridge.menu/en/i/flour)
- 300 ml [Milk](https://fridge.menu/en/i/milk)
- 100 ml [White Wine](https://fridge.menu/en/i/white-wine)
- 2 tbsp [Mustard](https://fridge.menu/en/i/mustard)
- 1 tsp [Honey](https://fridge.menu/en/i/honey)
- ½ pcs [Lemon](https://fridge.menu/en/i/lemon) — juice and finely grated zest
- 1 kg [Potato](https://fridge.menu/en/i/potato)
- 200 g [Bacon](https://fridge.menu/en/i/bacon) — fried until crisp and diced
- 3 pcs [Eggs](https://fridge.menu/en/i/eggs) — hard-boiled and roughly chopped
- 150 g [Pickled Beetroot](https://fridge.menu/en/i/beet) — finely diced
- 20 g [Horseradish](https://fridge.menu/en/i/horseradish) — freshly grated
- 1 bunch [Fresh Dill](https://fridge.menu/en/i/dill)

## Steps

1. Prepare the garnish in small bowls and set the potatoes to cook in lightly salted water.
2. Cut the cod fillet into 8 pieces, or bake it in one whole piece.
3. Dot the fish with small pieces of butter and season with salt and pepper.
4. Bake the fish in a fan oven preheated to 175°C for 10–12 minutes.
5. Check after 10 minutes — the fish should be just cooked and tender.
6. For the mustard sauce, melt the butter and whisk in the flour to form a smooth paste.
7. Pour in the milk and white wine and bring to the boil, stirring until the sauce is creamy.
8. Whisk the mustard into the sauce and season with honey, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper and extra mustard to taste.
9. Serve the hot baked cod with warm potatoes, mustard sauce and the garnish, sprinkled with fresh dill.
