## Ingredients

- 200 g [Plain flour](https://fridge.menu/en/i/flour)
- 1 pcs [Egg](https://fridge.menu/en/i/eggs)
- 40 g [Butter](https://fridge.menu/en/i/butter)
- 50 g [Parmesan](https://fridge.menu/en/i/parmesan)
- 3 tbsp [White wine](https://fridge.menu/en/i/white-wine)
- 2 pinch [Salt](https://fridge.menu/en/i/salt)
- 6 g [Baking powder](https://fridge.menu/en/i/baking-powder)
- 30 g [Smoked scamorza cheese](https://fridge.menu/en/i/smoked-scamorza)
- [Vegetable oil](https://fridge.menu/en/i/vegetable-oil) — to taste, for frying
- 1 pinch [Black pepper](https://fridge.menu/en/i/black-pepper) — to taste

## Steps

1. In a large bowl combine the sifted plain flour and the baking powder, add the parmesan and a pinch of salt and pepper, mix and make a well in the centre.
2. Into the well crack the egg, add the butter and pour in the white wine, then knead the dough by hand.
3. Shape the dough into a ball, cover with cling film and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. (30 min)
4. Tear off small pieces of dough, place a piece of scamorza inside and shape into neat balls.
5. Heat the oil for frying in a saucepan.
6. When the oil is hot, add the balls and fry until golden on all sides.
7. Remove the cooked balls with a slotted spoon, place on kitchen paper, then transfer to a bowl.
8. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and serve warm or cold.
