- 20 g [Plain flour](https://fridge.menu/en/i/flour)
- 1 pcs [Eggs](https://fridge.menu/en/i/eggs)
- 50 g [Panko breadcrumbs](https://fridge.menu/en/i/panko)
- 300 g [Tomato](https://fridge.menu/en/i/tomato) — finely chopped
- 1 pcs [red onion](https://fridge.menu/en/i/red-onion) — finely chopped
- ½ pcs red chilli — finely chopped
- 1 clove [Garlic](https://fridge.menu/en/i/garlic) — finely chopped
- 1 bunch [Coriander](https://fridge.menu/en/i/coriander) — finely chopped
- 2 pcs [Lime](https://fridge.menu/en/i/lime) — zest and juice
- 2 tbsp [Olive oil](https://fridge.menu/en/i/olive-oil) — for frying

- 50 g [Jalapeño](https://fridge.menu/en/i/jalapeno)
- 1 bunch [Coriander](https://fridge.menu/en/i/coriander) — finely chopped

## Steps

1. For the pico de gallo, place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Adjust to taste, adding more chilli, lime juice and zest, salt and pepper as needed.
3. Coat the halloumi in plain flour, then in beaten egg and finally in panko breadcrumbs.
4. Place on a plate and let it rest briefly on the kitchen counter. (5 min)
5. Heat a pan with oil and fry the halloumi on all sides until golden and crisp. (8 min)
6. Warm the rolls in the oven. (5 min)
7. Mash the avocado with lime juice and zest, salt and pepper.
8. Spread the avocado cream onto the rolls.
9. Place the fried halloumi fingers into each hot dog, then top with pico de gallo, jalapeños and coriander.
