# Mille-feuille with Ricotta and Chocolate Chips

## Ingredients

- 1 pcs [Ready-rolled puff pastry](https://fridge.menu/en/i/unleavened-puff-pastry) — 250 g
- 250 g [Ricotta](https://fridge.menu/en/i/ricotta)
- 80 g [Condensed milk](https://fridge.menu/en/i/condensed-milk)
- 250 g [Double cream](https://fridge.menu/en/i/heavy-cream)
- 30 g [Caster sugar](https://fridge.menu/en/i/sugar)
- 20 g Chocolate chips
- [Icing sugar](https://fridge.menu/en/i/powdered-sugar) — to taste

## Steps

1. Unroll the pastry onto the flat base of a baking tin and prick the whole surface with a fork.
2. Bake in a fan oven preheated to 190°C until golden. (17 min)
3. Leave the pastry to cool completely.
4. Combine the ricotta with the condensed milk and mix until smooth and even.
5. Add the caster sugar to the double cream and whip until thick and holding firm peaks.
6. Fold the whipped cream into the ricotta and condensed milk mixture, mixing gently with a spatula.
7. Add the chocolate chips.
8. Carefully cut the cooled pastry into three equal strips.
9. Assemble the mille-feuille, alternating layers of pastry with the prepared cream.
10. Top with the third layer of pastry and place in the freezer to set.
11. Decorate the mille-feuille with icing sugar and chocolate chips.
