- 100 g [Plain flour](https://fridge.menu/en/i/flour)
- 100 g [Acacia honey](https://fridge.menu/en/i/honey)
- 100 g [Dark chocolate](https://fridge.menu/en/i/dark-chocolate)
- 50 g [Raisins](https://fridge.menu/en/i/raisins)

## Steps

1. Soak the raisins in water or rum.
2. Toast the nuts and dried fruit in the oven at 160°C. (25 min)
3. Roughly chop the nuts and dried fruit on a board.
4. Transfer the nuts and dried fruit to a large bowl.
5. Add the spices to taste and mix.
6. Add the flour and squeezed-out raisins, and mix.
7. Melt the chopped chocolate with the honey and a couple of spoons of water over a water bath.
8. Pour the melted chocolate over the nut mixture and mix evenly.
9. Shape a small loaf on a parchment-lined baking tray.
10. Bake the panpepato in the oven at 180°C. (20 min)
11. Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
