## Ingredients

- 50 g [Plain flour](https://fridge.menu/en/i/flour)
- 1 pcs [Butter](https://fridge.menu/en/i/butter) — 1 slice
- 1 tbsp [Olive oil](https://fridge.menu/en/i/olive-oil)
- 120 ml [White wine](https://fridge.menu/en/i/white-wine)
- 4 pcs [Pork loin](https://fridge.menu/en/i/pork)
- 1/2 pcs [Onion](https://fridge.menu/en/i/onion)
- 1 pcs [Orange](https://fridge.menu/en/i/orange)
- 1 pinch [Salt](https://fridge.menu/en/i/salt) — to taste
- 1 pinch [Black pepper](https://fridge.menu/en/i/black-pepper) — to taste

## Steps

1. Coat the meat in flour and set aside. Finely chop the onion, and slice the orange into rounds.
2. In a non-stick pan, melt the butter, add the olive oil and onion, and fry gently until soft.
3. Add the floured pork loin and fry on both sides until golden, then pour in the white wine and let it reduce.
4. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning the pieces halfway through; the pork should reach an internal temperature of 70°C at its thickest point. (10 min)
5. Add the orange slices and any remaining juice.
6. Cook for a further 3 minutes on low heat, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. (3 min)
