# Prawn Pasta

## Ingredients

- 350 g [Spaghetti](https://fridge.menu/en/i/pasta)
- 400 g [Prawns](https://fridge.menu/en/i/shrimp)
- 1 pcs [Shallot](https://fridge.menu/en/i/shallot)
- 1 clove [Garlic](https://fridge.menu/en/i/garlic)
- 2 tbsp [Olive oil](https://fridge.menu/en/i/olive-oil)
- 200 g Tomato passata
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes
- [Salt](https://fridge.menu/en/i/salt) — to taste
- Chilli pepper — to taste
- [Capers](https://fridge.menu/en/i/capers) — to taste
- [Parsley](https://fridge.menu/en/i/parsley) — to taste
- 120 ml [White wine](https://fridge.menu/en/i/white-wine)
- 2 pcs [Anchovies in oil](https://fridge.menu/en/i/anchovies)

## Steps

1. In a pan, fry finely chopped garlic and shallot in olive oil.
2. Add chopped anchovies and crushed chilli pepper.
3. Add the prawns, let them brown slightly, then pour in the white wine.
4. Let the white wine evaporate.
5. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
6. Pour in the tomato passata and continue simmering the sauce, season with salt. Doneness: 63°C at the thickest point.
7. Add the capers and sprinkle the sauce with parsley.
8. Cook the spaghetti until al dente in plenty of salted water.
9. Drain the spaghetti.
10. Transfer the pasta to the pan with the sauce, add a little more parsley and toss together over heat.
