- 125 ml [Yogurt](https://fridge.menu/en/i/yogurt)
- 110 g [Vegetable oil](https://fridge.menu/en/i/vegetable-oil)
- 210 g [Plain flour](https://fridge.menu/en/i/flour)
- 16 g [Baking powder](https://fridge.menu/en/i/baking-powder)
- 5 g [Salt](https://fridge.menu/en/i/salt)
- [Mozzarella](https://fridge.menu/en/i/mozzarella) — to taste
- [Bacon](https://fridge.menu/en/i/bacon) — to taste
- [Cherry tomatoes](https://fridge.menu/en/i/tomato) — to taste
- [Sesame seeds](https://fridge.menu/en/i/sesame-seeds) — to taste

## Steps

1. Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk.
2. While still whisking, pour in the milk in a thin stream, then the vegetable oil.
3. Add the yogurt and mix until smooth.
4. Sift in the flour, add the baking powder and salt, and mix the batter well.
5. Pour half of the batter into a 20cm tin greased with butter.
6. Bake in a fan oven at 170°C for 5–6 minutes. (6 min)
7. Remove the tin and arrange the sliced mozzarella and bacon over the batter.
8. Pour over the remaining batter and top with the cherry tomatoes, halved.
9. If you like, sprinkle with sesame seeds and return to the oven at 170°C for 40–45 minutes. (42 min)
10. The pie is ready — serve.
