- [Olive oil](https://fridge.menu/en/i/olive-oil) — to taste
- [Salt](https://fridge.menu/en/i/salt) — to taste
- 120 ml [White wine](https://fridge.menu/en/i/white-wine)

## Steps

1. In a wide pan, fry the chopped onion and lightly crushed garlic cloves in heated olive oil.
2. After a few minutes add the squid, cleaned and sliced beforehand.
3. Pour in the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
4. Add the mussels and clams together with a few spoonfuls of water, then add the chopped tomatoes.
5. Add a little salt and a pinch of chilli flakes.
6. Finally add the prawns, shelled only at the tail end.
7. Cover the pan with a lid and cook everything through. Doneness: 63°C at the thickest point.
8. At the end of cooking add a little parsley.
9. Separately boil the spaghetti in a pot of salted water.
10. Once the spaghetti is drained al dente, transfer it to the pan with the sauce.
11. Mix everything together and serve, finishing with a little fresh parsley and olive oil.

## What was changed

We swapped the Marsala for White wine, as it suits the dish and is easier to find in local shops.
