# Stuffed Calabrian-Style Baked Pasta

## Ingredients

- 1 can tomato passata
- 4 pcs [boiled eggs](https://fridge.menu/en/i/eggs) — cooked
- 200 g mixed minced veal and pork
- 1 pcs [egg](https://fridge.menu/en/i/eggs)
- 100 g [provolone](https://fridge.menu/en/i/provolone)
- 2 pcs [mozzarella](https://fridge.menu/en/i/mozzarella)
- [Parmesan](https://fridge.menu/en/i/parmesan) — to taste
- 500 g rigatoni
- [salt](https://fridge.menu/en/i/salt) — to taste
- [oregano](https://fridge.menu/en/i/oregano) — to taste
- 1 bunch [basil](https://fridge.menu/en/i/basil)
- [olive oil](https://fridge.menu/en/i/olive-oil)
- 1 bunch [fresh herbs](https://fridge.menu/en/i/greens)
- 1 tbsp [breadcrumbs](https://fridge.menu/en/i/breadcrumbs) — a small amount, dried
- 1 tbsp [water](https://fridge.menu/en/i/water) — a small amount
- 1 pcs [spicy sausage](https://fridge.menu/en/i/sausage)

## Steps

1. Put the tomato passata with oil, salt, oregano and basil into a saucepan and leave to simmer.
2. Prepare meatballs from the minced meat, Parmesan, salt, chopped parsley, egg, breadcrumbs and water.
3. Add the meatballs to the sauce and cook until done: 71°C inside.
4. Boil the rigatoni, drain, and toss with the sauce and Parmesan.
5. Spread half the pasta in a baking dish and fill with mozzarella, provolone, meatballs, boiled eggs, spicy sausage and Parmesan.
6. Cover with the remaining pasta and sauce.
7. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. (30 min)
8. Let cool and serve.
