## Ingredients

- 150 g Veal and pork mince
- 150 g [Beef mince](https://fridge.menu/en/i/ground-beef)
- 200 g [Pork mince](https://fridge.menu/en/i/minced-pork)
- 1 pcs [Stale bread](https://fridge.menu/en/i/bread)
- 250 ml [Milk](https://fridge.menu/en/i/milk)
- 1 pcs [Onion](https://fridge.menu/en/i/onion)
- 1 pcs [Egg](https://fridge.menu/en/i/eggs)
- 2 pcs [Potato](https://fridge.menu/en/i/potato)
- 80 g [Double cream](https://fridge.menu/en/i/cream)
- 1 pinch [Salt](https://fridge.menu/en/i/salt)
- 200 g [Butter](https://fridge.menu/en/i/butter)
- [Nutmeg](https://fridge.menu/en/i/nutmeg) — to taste
- 125 ml Marsala wine
- [Parsley](https://fridge.menu/en/i/parsley) — to taste
- 1 tsp [Allspice](https://fridge.menu/en/i/black-pepper)

## Steps

1. Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces.
2. Finely chop the onion and fry it in 30 g of the butter until soft.
3. In a large bowl combine all three minces, add the bread soaked in milk, the egg and a pinch of salt.
4. Add the potato pieces and fried onion and mix everything well until even.
5. Season with nutmeg and allspice.
6. Shape into small balls about 3 cm in diameter.
7. Melt the remaining butter in a cast-iron pan and fry the meatballs over a low heat, turning often. (15 min)
8. Pour in the Marsala and let it evaporate. Check the meatballs are done — the mince should reach 71°C.
9. Move the meatballs onto a plate, pour the double cream into the pan, add parsley and a pinch of nutmeg.
10. Thin the sauce with two tablespoons of water and return the meatballs to the pan.
11. Heat through gently and serve with lingonberry jam.
