# Tuna Pasta with Sugar Snap Peas

## Ingredients

- 400 g Short pasta
- 200 g [Tuna](https://fridge.menu/en/i/tuna)
- 200 g Sugar snap peas
- 1 pcs [Lemon](https://fridge.menu/en/i/lemon)
- 1 pcs [Sun-dried tomatoes](https://fridge.menu/en/i/sun-dried-tomatoes)
- [Salt](https://fridge.menu/en/i/salt) — to taste
- [Olive oil](https://fridge.menu/en/i/olive-oil) — to taste
- [Black pepper](https://fridge.menu/en/i/black-pepper) — to taste
- [Coarse salt](https://fridge.menu/en/i/salt) — to taste

## Steps

1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil, add coarse salt and cook the pasta until al dente.
2. Cool the pasta to room temperature, tossing with a little olive oil.
3. Sear the tuna on a hot griddle for about 2 minutes, then dice into small cubes. (2 min)
4. Wash the sugar snap peas thoroughly, trim the ends and boil for a few minutes in salted boiling water.
5. Drain the sugar snap peas and cut into medium-length pieces.
6. Add the sugar snap peas and tuna to the cooled pasta.
7. Make a dressing from lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper, then pour it over the pasta.
8. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and toss to combine.
