Avocado oil is the colour of emeralds and has a lovely fruity depth of flavour with a hint of familiar avocado flavour. It has a very high smoke point so is great for cooking with as well as using raw. As an alternative to olive oil, avocado oil is delicious in salad dressings or drizzled over sliced fruit. Made from 100% pure avocados, this artisan oil is made using a pressing method similar to that which is used in olive oil production. Each 250ml tin contains the oil from 15-20 avocados so it packed full of flavour and health benefits.
