"70cl / 40.0% - The Excellia range of tequila comes to us from two sets of very carefully and talented hands, those of Jean-Sebastien Robicquet, who was a brand creator and producer of G'Vine Gin, and Carlos Camarena, an award-winning master blender for Tapatio tequila. The tequila itself is made from 100% blue agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco. Following distillation, the tequila is aged in a mix of vintage grand cru sauternes casks and 20 year old Cognac barrels, resulting in a unique flavour profile. The Anejo, the longest-aged tequila in the Excellia range, spends 18 months maturing before it is bottled. "
