Our Organic Whole Cloves are very aromatic and impart warmth. Widely used as a culinary spice, the flavor of cloves blends well with both sweet or savory dishes. Because of its pungent and spicy taste, it is used for flavoring curries, pickles, ketchup, sauces, spice mixtures.
