Founded in 1625, Fukumitsuya has enjoyed a reputation as one of the finest breweries in Ishikawa. The key ingredient, the water begins as rain and snow at the foot of Mt. Hakusan, It then makes a 100 year journey deep underground. The brand name translates to wind, water, people. Representing the brewery's long history, the water used to make the sake, and the craftsmen who carry on the traditions of the brewery. An old fashioned type of rice gives this sake its pink colour and light flavour.Best drunk chilled.
