Thanks to a limestone and clay soil, the vineyard produced a classic and quality Bordeaux style. Made from Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, this wine is a typical red Bordeaux blend. With its blackcurrant and liquorice flavours, this well made and elegant Bordeaux is a serious partner to T-bone steak and pork ribs but will also be good with creamy cheeses.
