Place pack upright in microwave oven and cook on full power for 2 mins. Remove from oven by holding unopened side of pack. Fully open pack, taking care to avoid steam and stand for 1 min. Use a fork to separate lentils, serve. To Pan Fry: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non stick pan, add contents of pack and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 mins, until heated through.
