Cooking Instructions - General You will need: 300ml (1/2 pint), water, 125ml (4 floz) milk, 15g (1/2 oz) butter or margarine (optional but really tasty). Microwave - From Ambient 1. Empty pack contents into a 2.4 litres (4 1/2 pint) bowl suitable for microwave cooking. Add milk, boiling water (and butter if using). 2. Cover with microwave film - pierce several times. 3. Cook on full power - see appropriate times below - stop and stir twice during cooking (careful, it's Hot!) 4. Remove from microwave. 5. Stir, cover and stand for 5 minutes until sauce thickens. Heating Category / Oven Wattage 650W 10 mins. Cat.D or 750W 9 mins. Cat.E or 850W 8 mins. The above recommendation is a guide only. For other microwave categories refer to manufacturer's handbook. Categories D and E refer to a new microwave oven classification system. Take care - may boil over. Hob - From Ambient 1 Place water, milk (and butter) in a saucepan and bring to the boil. 2 Stir in the pack contents. 3 Boil gently, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. 4 Sauce will thicken on standing.
