Raging Bull Meats produce hand crafted cured meat snacks to satisfy the carnivore. We source grass fed silverside beef from Southern Africa, which results in our products having that distinctive authentic flavour. Perfectly seasoned, air-dried and thinly sliced beef Biltong, with a delicious Peri Peri flavour. Biltong is a seasoned, air-dried strip of silverside beef that originated from the Dutch settlers in South Africa. The name biltong comes from the Afrikaans words ''bil'' meaning rump and ''tong'' meaning strip making it South Africa's number one snack. Biltong can be eaten as a snack at anytime, a protein-filled treat for gym lovers, great for accompanying a school lunch, a great addition to any lunch! Can be taken along when travelling, hiking or backpacking. It can be enjoyed as a nibble at a dinner party, a summer barbecue, with a beer while watching sports or shared between friends.
