How to use. This product is perfect for all recipes but please remember that its strength is at least twice that of shop bought gelatin. You should always "Bloom" your gelatin in either water or juice but when using juice be careful not to use tropical fruits as they harm the gelatin. Soak the granules in at least 3 to 4 times their own weight of cold liquid and leave to stand for at least 30 to 35 minutes. Once this is done heat it over a double boiler but make sure not to boil the gelatin as this will heavily impact the strength if not completely.
