La Tourangelle operate in France and California but these two beautiful nut oils are both produced in their 150-year-old French artisan mill in the Loire Valley. Avocado oil is the colour of emeralds and has a lovely fruity depth of flavour with a hint of familiar avocado flavour. As an alternative to olive oil, avocado oil is delicious in salad dressings or drizzled over sliced fruit. Made from 100% pure avocados, this artisan oil is made using a pressing method similar to that which is used in olive oil production. For lovers of spice, this piquant pizza oil delivers a delicious hit. The perfect blend of sunflower and fruity extra virgin olive oil is spiked with notes of basil and oregano and rounded off with a lingering warmth of peppery spice. Drizzle over pizza or pasta for a lovely addition of flavour.
