BTW Tonic Water is made in Bermondsey by Nick Cirspini and Lawrence Mason and has been designed to complement the flavours of gin rather than mask them. The taste is smooth and crisp with light floral tones and a hint of citrus piquancy. The high quinine content means this is best served chilled along with your favourite gin - we recommend Dodd's, an exceptional gin also made in London. The two pair beautifully.
