<p>In septic tanks bacteria consume sulphate oxygen for organic processes. Sulphate-reducing bacteria grow in a "slime layer" that coats surfaces of the system. Hydra HS Neutraliser also stimulates the growth of bacteria which utilize dissolved hydrogen sulphide in their metabolism.</p> <p>Removal of dissolved hydrogen sulphide gives a reduction in BOD. Reduces odours and stimulates the biological activity of naturally occurring bacteria in septic tanks. This gives better functioning septic tank. If you are getting bad smells from your septic tank this is the product to use.</p> <p><b>Oxygen releasing agents</b> included in Hydra HS Neutraliser offer oxygen (as a primary source) to the bacteria. Bacteria use up this oxygen and <b>break down sulphide production chain</b>. So your septic tank and septic drains remains clean clear and fresh thus eliminate no more bad odours.</p> <p>Hydra HS Neutraliser also <b>boosts the colonisation of natural bacteria</b>. Natural bacteria consume hydrogen sulphide in the process. This reduces BOD levels as well as bad odours produced due to sulphate gases.</p> <p><b>How to Use:</b><br> Add Hydra HS-Neutraliser in the <b>toilet bowl or directly to the septic tank</b>. Add 45gms (1 heaped spoon) once per week via toilet into system, or can be added direct to septic tank. If smell is very bad add 4-8 heaped spoons initially.</p> For your convenience you will get a measuring spoon and full instruction on the label with the product.
