Williams Chase's venture into the wines of Luberon has produced a beautifully elegant Rose in the Style of Provence wines. Made from Grenache, Syrah and Rousanne the wine is perfectly balanced with white peach and tropical fruit such as pineapple and grapefruit, combined with spicy notes and mineral complexity. Everything you want from from a Southern French Rose. Presented in a Chase bottle complete with glass stopper.<br /> <br /> Light salmon pink in colour and crisp, fresh and fruity, the ros is a singing tribute to Provence. Beautifully balanced, it boasts affluent stone fruit aromas of white peach and grapefruit combined with an underlying essence of crushed strawberries and Provenal herbs. The smooth and creamy texture sits in harmony with a steely minerality leading to a long, refreshing, lingering finish
