This is called ""Sambuca con La Mosca"", or in the less-exotic-more-nightmare English translation, ""Sambuca with Fly"". Lovely. This is a classic, unflavoured Sambuca, fresh and lively with strong anise notes. Perfect for Sambuca con La Mosca, although you do have to provide your own flies coffee beans. "
