Winner of numerous awards for quality, this product is supplied to many restaurants and really is delicious. Serve restaurant quality food at home....easily! This product will arrive chilled and should be kept the unopened pack in the fridge (0c-4c) and consumed before the date indicated. Once opened, keep the pack sealed and refrigerated and consume within 7 days. Oven or pan fry, skin-side down first, to your personal taste. We recommend about 10 minutes in a hot oven for crispy skin and a nutty brown colour. Eat with a dressed green salad for a perfect light lunch, or with roast potatoes for the ideal mid-week supper. Ingredients - Duck, sourced from real free range french farms, Duck Fat, Garlic, Rosemary, Bay Leaf, Salt, Pepper.
