Hold the anchovies! Unlike many tapenades, our seasoned spreads, made chiefly with mashed black olives and capers, are a wonderful addition to your table as an hors d'oeuvre, to spread on bread, or to stuff fillets for a main course. Choose our plain tapenade with subtle hints of thyme and rosemary or treat your pallet to our spreads flavored with red chili peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, or pomegranates. (The word tapenade comes from the Provencal word for capers, tapenas).
