Shiraz & Touriga Nacional - Rosé Portuguese Wine "This wine was specially produced in a region crossed by the River Tagus in Portugal. A perfect climate and soil, with our winemaking expertise creates this unique wine as full of character and life as the river itself." A full bodied deep coloured rosé with hints of spice and violets on the nose. Dry, refreshing & flavoursome. The Falua winery was built in 2004 to high standards, and all the latest in winery equipment, specifically to take on the challenge of the export market. Tagus Creek is the culmination of those efforts. Tagus Creek comes from the region along the great Tagus river which runs south to Lisbon. Great farming country with good soils and a vineyards, harvested ourselves, carefully fermented using temperature control at our own modern winery, ensuring wine of the highest quality. The 2007 vintage of Tagus Creek Rosé won a Gold medal at the International Wine Challenge 2008 - the only Rosé to win a gold!
