This easy to use cake lace comes in a two part mixture, mix together, paste onto a lace mat and bake for 15 minutes. Once cooled the pliable lace can be used as banding on a cake or a unique cake topper. This product is edible, N.B the do not swallow warning refers to the plastic in which the product is wrapped, it also means the product should not be consumed in its powered compound. Pack Instructions: Mix 100g of powder with 80g of warm water in blender at medium speed for 2 minutes until you obtain a smooth creamy mixture. Spread the mixture in all directions on the silicon lace mat making sure all the design is sufficiently covered. Bake in the oven at 120 degrees celcius for 6 minutes or at 80 degrees celcius for 12 mintues. Alternatively leave to dry at room temperature for around 3 hours. Drying time may vary as it depends on many factors eg humidity, other atmospheric conditions, kind of oven. Delicately peel the mould from the lace with the help of a spreader. Please refer to the ammended instructions for improved usage. Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrupdried, potato starch, maltodextrin, corn starch, thickeners: xanthan gum (E415), tragacanth (E413), sodium alginate, anti-caking agent: (E551).
