A true sipping tequila to be savoured.<br><br>100% agave and rested for a minimum of 9 months in oak casks. <br><br>The La Cava de Don Agustin Tequila has been proudly manufactured with refinement. <br><br>Its exclusive presentation, whose attractiveness is based on its laborious handcrafting, is inherited with pride to the new generations. <br><br>The selected agave passes to a slow boiling process in stone ovens and proper temperatures during 72 hours, to obtain its sugars later by means of the traditional crushing. <br><br>Its juices are fermented in rubblework tanks, where it preserves its properties.
