Unsalted Black Date Olives have been described as: <p> "really fruity and quite moist"<br>Unsalted olives are a very rare find in Greece and Europe and better than any other of their kind. </p> <p>Not heat treated in any way the date olives ripen while still on the tree. thanks to Phoma Oleae a natural safe fungus they have a bitter taste.<br>The olives are picked when ripe and black in colour, they are washed in mountain spring water that comes from the nearby mountain village of Kazaviti followed by a fine selection process whereby the best olives are picked.<br>Certified Organic by Bio Hellas<br>Store in a cool dry place, Refrigerate after opening</p>
