Our Italian Cheese Kit contains everything you need to make over 10 batches of Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese. The only additional ingredient you will need is 8 pints of standard full fat milk (4 pints if you want to halve the recipe and make a smaller batch). You'll become hooked once you taste how good the results are and we even provide some tasty suggestions for using your homemade cheese. Each batch makes around 1½-2lbs of cheese. It's easy to customise each batch too by adding your own herbs and spices.
