Our chocolate covered confections are freshly panned using local ingredients and our premium 70% cacao dark chocolate. Timing is everything and we've got it perfected thanks to Erik Gura, owner of Pie In The Sky in Woods Hole (that great bakery & cafe up the hill from the Steamship). He roasts these organic single origin Costa Rican coffee beans to the perfect darkness to compliment our 70% cacao dark chocolate. We then cover the beans in chocolate within 12 hours (no sooner- as the gases from the roasting process must be allowed to escape) capturing their fresh roasted flavor and fragrance. The chocolate is blended with Martha's Vineyard Sea Salt to add a layered depth and authentic "by the sea" flavor. We are proud to be the exclusive classic chocolatiers for Martha's Vineyard Sea Salt, premium sea salt from the waters of Martha's Vineyard. 8 oz. Please be advised these are naturally gluten free however they are made in a kitchen where eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, soy & wheat are also used.
