Our nut oils have been produced the same way for generations. Our producer takes 50 kilos of raw ingredients and places them on a traditional stone grinder where the nuts or seeds get crushed into a paste. It is then placed on mats and pressed, making a pure and intensely flavored oil. The oil is left to stand for one week, and then it is bottled and shipped to Sid Wainer and Son.
