Amoretti® Organolicious Premium Amber Blue Agave Nectar is produced in our Southern California facility from the blue agave plants that thrive in the volcanic soils of Southern Mexico. It is sourced from nature and naturally extracted by our proprietary process, without the addition of artificial flavors or colors. Of course, any of our agave nectars are an excellent way to sweeten any beverage without the aftertaste that accompanies most artificial sweeteners, but Amoretti® Organolicious Premium Amber Blue Agave Nectar has a subtle molases type flavor that will add an interesting flavor to all of your cooking and baking recipes when used as a substitute for brown sugar, maple syrup or molases. Simply substitute two thirds of the quantity of brown sugar called for in a recipe with Amoretti® Organolicious Premium Amber Blue Agave Nectar and reduce the liquid by up to one third. If your recipe calls for maple syrup or molases, you can substitute Amoretti® Organolicious Premium Amber Blue Agave Nectar at a 1:1 ratio. No other changes should be required. Put Amoretti® Organolicious Premium Amber Blue Agave Nectar to work in place of the sweeteners you are currently using for cooking and baking.
