Size: 1.5 ounces, 42 grams each<br/><br/> This goulash seasoning mix blends paprika, black pepper, cinnamon and over 20 other spices to make this slightly spicy and traditional Hungarian dish a friend and family favorite. It's the perfect one-pot meal that tastes like it came from an old family recipe.<br/><br/>Recipe:<br/><br/>2 1/2 lbs chuck roast, cut into 1 cubes<br/>2 Tbsp olive oil<br/>2 medium onions, chopped<br/>1 14.5-oz can diced tomatoes<br/>2 celery stalks, chopped<br/>4 medium baby red potatoes, quartered<br/><br/>In a heavy pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté onions until soft. Add meat and brown on all sides. Add remaining ingredients and goulash seasoning; stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour or until beef is tender.<br/><br/>Add salt & pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and sour cream.
