Trader Joe's Pumpkin Butter is made without preservatives or artificial colors or flavors. In addition to being fat free, it's also cholesterol free and sodium free, and it's high in vitamin A. Incredients: pumpkin, honey, lemon juice concentrate, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg. 20 ounces total, and so delicious on pancakes, waffles, toast, scones and makes a great peanut butter sandwich, pastry filling, poultry glaze, ice cream topping, or mix with fat free cream cheese for a unique spread. For a delightful pumpkin soup, add 3 tablespoons of fat free sour cream to a jar of Trader Joe's Pumpkin Butter and heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently. If desired, add up to 1/4 cup milk for thinner consistency.
