Cod-Hake fillet with Potatoes meal puree Plasmon is very digestible and rich in nutritional substances. The fish is steamed to retain all the nutrients and the potatoes bring more taste to the meal. It contains also proteins and mineral salts like Phosphorus and Iodine. The product does not contain gluten, or preservatives and artificial colours. From 4 months plus. Ingredients: Cooking Water, Hake Fillet (18 %), Potatoes (18 %), Rice Flour, Cornstarch, Sunflower Oil, Lemon Juice, Salt. Directions: How to prepare: Heat the Cod & Hake fillet with potatoes Meal Puree in bain-marie or in the microwave (after removing the lid) and add it to your recipe. Start with small portions and progressively increase the amount as indicated by the paediatrician. Product suitable for babies aged 6 months and above, unless otherwise directed by your paediatrician.
