This is best served with three toasted coffee beans floating in the glass ""alla mosca"" - literally ""Sambuca with fly"". The three beans (technically not beans, but seeds, but let's not get pedantic) represent health, happiness and prosperity, or to symbolise the husband, wife and mistress."
