Croxetti are disk shaped or coin shaped pastas that are made from the fine, organic wheat semolina.  These croxetti pasta are stamped with coat of arms of the region of Genova, to symbolize their origin.  They are ideal with creamy sauces such as different types of pesto as well as puttanesca sauce.  Easy to cook, simply empty the contents into a boiling 1.5 gallons of water and add one table spoon of sea salt.  Cook for a total of 10 minutes stirring every two minutes.   Facts 1.1 lb.
