This infamous pink pack of baking powder is a bit different than the stuff you probably have at home; instead of double acting (when mixed with liquid and again when heated), French Alsa Baking powder is single acting, meaning it works as soon as you mix it. Each comes with 7 little satchets that hold 1 tbsp of baking powder. Use it to make breads, cakes and experiment.
