Made with hard durum wheat in the Tuscan tradition, Organic Tagliatelle is of exceptional quality. This pasta in exclusively produced with organically grown durum wheat semolina from the Orcia Valley in Tuscany, an area with an extraordinary vocation for exceptional food, such as Brunello di Montalcino wine and Pecorino di Pienza cheese. The quality of their pasta, starts from the raw material, a durum wheat semolina which is particularly rich in gluten thanks to the relative dryness of the area and the physical characteristics of the ground. It then continues with the total control of the production chain, from the selection of the seed to the finished product, including milling, bronze-drawing, slow and natural drying at low temperatures, packing and distribution. Each cut of pasta, is packed with pleasure that L'Antica Rocca dedicate both to gourmets and to all who are capable of recognizing and appreciating delicacies that tie them to the land, tradition and culture.
